    ​Notarization appointments for Off-Site locations or during     non-business hours are available for an additional fee - estimates for this service are available upon request.
    For your document to be notarized, all the following items must be met:
    1. The unsigned document must be presented to the notary for inspection.
    2. Each person who will sign the document must present a VALID State or Federal ID and only sign the document in the presence of the notary.
    3. If the document to be notarized requires witnesses, they will need to accompany you to the notarization and they should not be related to you. Note: The notary can not provide you with witnesses.
    4. There is a $10 fee for each notarized signature. Payment by Cash or Check only.
